Budhanilkantha to Gosaikunda Trek Route
Your adventure to Gosaikunda Lakes starts and ends in Kathmandu. Commence the trek with a short drive to Budhanilkantha from Kathmandu.
Start trekking on the first day, to Alchhe from Budhanilkantha. The trail continues to Manebhanjyang, your resting point for the second night. On 3rd day of the trek to Gosaikunda, you will trek for 6-7 hours and stop at Baghmara.
You will continue your adventure to Sagarkunda, Yeklekunda, and on the 6th day, you will be at Gosaikunda Lakes. The next day, you will explore Gosaikunda Lakes, nearby temples, and small lakes. Embark on a short hike to explore Saraswati Kunda and Bhairab Kunda.
The next day, you will descend to Dhunche, following the trail winding through rhododendron and oak forests. It will take you 6-7 hours to reach Dhunche. And on the last day, you will drive back to Kathmandu.
