Nar Phu Valley Trek Route

Nar Phu valley trek starts and ends in Kathmandu. Commence the trek with a short and scenic ride to Jagat from Kathmandu.

The trekking trail of Nar Phu valley allows you to explore Dharapani, Meta, Kota, Phu Goan Ngawal, and Pisang.

Trek to Ngawal via Kang La Pass on the 8th day to embrace awe-inspiring views. Continue the trail to Pisang and take a bus to Besisahar.

Nar Phu Valley trek itinerary has one day allotted for acclimatization at Phu Gaon. On the 10th day, you will be back in Kathmandu.

Nar Phu Valley Trek Difficulty
