As no technical climbing is involved, inexperienced trekkers can also do it provided they are physically fit and used to long hours of hill-walking.
The highest elevation you will reach is 5,550 metres at Kala Patthar. Maximum time spent walking on the trail is 8 hours and minimum 3 hours. On average, you walk for 5 to 6 hours each day.
