Annapurna Sunrise and Everest View Trek Route

The combined trek in Everest and Annapurna starts and ends in Kathmandu. Enjoy a scenic drive to Pokhara, the city of Lakes.

Begin your trek from Hile and climb up a series of stairs on your way to the Gurung village of Ulleri. Walk on the trail filled with rhododendron trees to Ghorepani. Marvel at the gorgeous views of Fishtail Peak and Annapurna South on your way.

Wake up early to catch an incredible sunrise over the Himalayas from Poon Hill. Enjoy the 360-degree views of mountains including Annapurna Massif, Dhaulagiri, and Fishtail Peak.

After watching a beautiful sunrise, continue your trek to Tadapani. Hike past the traditional Gurung village of Ghandruk. If you wish to get an insight into Gurung culture then visit the old museum.

Take a scenic walk to Kimche followed by a drive back to Pokhara. Further, you will be driving to Kathmandu and gearing up for Everest View Trek. Take a picturesque flight to Lukla, the gateway to Everest, and start trekking to Phakding.

Take a wonderful walk through the pine forest and walking alongside the Dudh Koshi River to the Sherpa town of Namche Bazaar. You will be spending a day in the Sherpa town. Further, hike to Everest View Hotel which offers panoramic views of Everest and neighboring mountains.

Retract your steps back to Lukla and fly back to Kathmandu.

Annapurna Sunrise and Everest View Trek Difficulty

Annapurna Sunrise and Everest View Trek is one of the easy to moderate treks in Nepal.

You will attain a maximum altitude of 3,880 meters at the Everest View Hotel. While trekking you will be walking for a maximum of 7 hours and a minimum of 3 hours. Your average walking hours will be roughly 5 hours per day.

This trek is suitable for novice trekkers and for families.
