How to Get to Pokhara?

There are tourist buses that leave every morning for Pokhara along with private cars, taxis and vans. You can also enjoy the public buses during the day. If you would like to consider the fastest means, there are private airlines from Kathmandu to Pokhara every day.

Trek Difficulties

The short treks from Pokhara are graded an easy to moderate which is suitable for beginners and people of all ages. The trails are not as arduous as the higher altitude treks. Thus, there are no such difficulties encountered in these treks. To carry out these treks, little preparation is needed and most of the treks do not require any permits.

Best Time to Trek

The places have a suitable climate all around the year but the best time to carry out the short treks from Pokhara is from September to June.
