Breathing is important during the trek as shallow breaths make it difficult to transfer energy into the muscle. In short, shallow breaths leave you feeling breathless. Make sure you train your body to take a deep breath without even realizing it.

The right gear or equipment is the most fundamental thing in the trek. Some gear like hiking/trekking boots, socks, gloves, jackets, sunglasses, trousers and so on should be brought so that you have no difficulty during the trek.

1. Will I have a hard knock with an altitude?

Most of the easy trekking in Nepal is at an elevation above 1400m from sea level. On the hiking trail in Nepal, trekkers climb nearly 300m per day. So, it can be easy for the body to acclimatize. Nearly, at an altitude of 2500m, you may experience a mild headache, nausea, rapid breathing, or loss of appetite.

To avoid this, make sure you are expressive to know about the body change, drink plenty of water, have enough diet and descend to the lower level.

2. Do I have to carry everything on my back?

You can either carry it on your own or hire a porter to carry the luggage for you. It is advisable to carry only the necessary item.

3. Can I bring the children?

Yes. Since an easy trek does not require any advance or technical skills, it is best for families to enjoy the trek in Nepal. Children under 12 years might find it difficult; however, it can be done by all the children. Make sure your children are expressive if he/she finds it difficult or faces any problems.
